Where are you located?
We are located in Dallas, Texas.



When will my order ship?
All orders take approximately 4 weeks to process before being handed over to usps. This is due to the handmade and made to order nature of most of my products, as well as due to Forbidden Fruit being ran by one artist. All orders are shipped with tracking information.



How long does shipping take?
Current shipping time is approximately 5-7 BUSINESS days. all orders will receive tracking information.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipment options on some of our products. Due to export permits and laws we currently do not ship any of our oddities outside of the U.S.



Do you accept returns or order cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order or need to cancel an order please use the Contact Us form within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.




What metal is your jewlery made of?
All of our jewelry is stainless steel, gold plated and non-plated, water proof and tarnish free. Each product listing will disclose the details of the materials used.



Does your Jewelry tarnish?
All of our jewelry is made with tarnish resistant hardware. However, if any signs of ware begin to appear you may clean/polish as directed by the jewelry care card.



How do I clean my jewelry?
To clean your jewlery I recommend using a gentle jewelry cleaner you can find in retail stores or turning to google for alternatives. Each jewelry order comes with a Forbidden Fruit jewlery care card.


How do you source your specimens?
All specimens have been ethically sourced by myself, friends, family or from vendors that source from butterfly farms, insect ranches, independent breeders and farmers dedicated to protecting their livestock from invasive species. We prioritize practices that support ecological balance that minimize our environmental footprint.
