Horror Icon Oddity Workshop

This workshop invites you to create a framed relic honoring your favorite horror movie icon or screen queen.

Using a real, pinned & preserved butterfly alongside a collection of curated materials, you’ll create an oddity frame inspired by your favorite horror characters, films, and imagery.

My favorite thing about these workshops is that no two pieces will look alike at the end of class! Your frame is yours to design, personalize, and make entirely your own.

What’s Included:
• 1 Curated Oddity Kit: Everything you need to create your frame, including a pinned butterfly and thoughtfully selected materials to personalize your piece.
• 1 Drink Ticket: Enjoy a beverage as you craft and connect. Hemlock Fox offers amazing cocktail & mocktail options!
• Guidance and support throughout the workshop to help you infuse intention and magic into your creation.

What to expect in your oddity kit:
• 1 pinned & preserved Ghost Butterfly
• 1 black 8x8 shadow box frame
• Fabric backing sheet — choose black or red
• Photo prints featuring horror icons & scream queens
• Dried flowers in assorted colors
• 1 ornate wooden photo frame
• Ornate corner hardware
• Clear quartz crystal points

Price per ticket: $100

One ticket/kit per person. You may purchase multiple tickets. Tickets are non refundable but can be transferred (resold) to another participant.

PS. If you have a personal item you’d love to incorporate into your frame, bring it!!

Photographs, small keepsakes, trinkets, jewelry, charms, or other meaningful little relics can be incorporated into your design.

I’ll also have E6000, E7000, hot glue guns and glue sticks, craft scissors and tweezers, sharpies, and pens available for everyone to use!
