Event Description:
In honor of World Goth Day, this workshop invites you to create a framed relic celebrating the beauty of darkness and gothic expression. A space to explore mood, symbolism, and self expression through art.

Using curated materials and a preserved butterfly, you’ll craft a piece shaped by your own vision and connection to the aesthetic that feels both sacred and personal.

What’s Included:
• 1 Curated Oddity Kit: Everything you need to create your frame, including a pinned butterfly and thoughtfully selected materials to personalize your piece.
• 1 Drink Ticket: Enjoy a beverage as you craft and connect. Hemlock Fox offers amazing cocktail & mocktail options!
• Guidance and support throughout the workshop to help you infuse intention and magic into your creation.

What to expect in your oddity kit:
• 1 real pinned & preserved black and white butterfly
• 1 black 7x7 shadow box frame
• 2 7x7 velvet self adhesive fabric backing sheets (black and deep red)
• 16 gothic/ornate antique silver crosses
• mini E6000 glue tube
• stainless steel curved nose craft tweezers
• one drink ticket

One ticket/kit per person. You may purchase multiple tickets. Tickets are non refundable but can be transferred to another participant.

PS. If you have any personal items you’d like to bring to incorporate into your frame, please do. I’ll have hot glue guns and sticks, craft scissors, sharpies and pens!
